Nothing much these few days, just wrote this to keep it a habit to post once per week.

Oh ya, i can talk about recre gym, yeah. Recre gym is fun but dunno why i feeling a lot of pain in my thighs, its either i screwd around too much tht day in gym or i really lack trainning. Think is 2nd la, so I think i wan go start trainning stam and strength up, anyone interested in joinning me or have any good suggestions pls post on my tagboard. OH YA toking bout tagboard... eh bao ALL MY TAGBOARD BELONGS TO ME NOWWW RAWR!! bao u fail.

Ok back to gym, we started off with a weird gym warmup:

1) Around 4 rounds round the jump place and doing stupid jumps off one leg or both legs to the centre.

2) Stretching, i asked kong to crack my back but somehow cannot so damn fail :(

3)Handstands on the wall for a minute.

After that we were taught how to do a forward roll (which most of us can do except for bao), then we were taught to do a backward roll. Most of us were unable to master the backward roll at the start except pen, then i did the first smooth one! Then mingay then bd or sth i forgot who. Then in the end, bao was able to overcome his head problem and was able to do it as well.

Third session of the trainning session was to either train our handstands or do cartwheels. We voted for cartwheels as we wanted a more slack session. Then pen started off his 2 hand, 1 hand then no hand cartwheel after we pested him to do it (he is the only guy in gym that can do it). Later we started doing cartwheels, i found out that the cartwheel that i was doing had some problems and was able to adjust it at the end of the lesson to do it smooth and nicely. Guo, yiming and bao had some problems but bao and yiming was able to overcome much of it by end of the session, guo was still struggling with the fear factor.

After cartwheels, we did another 2x30s of handstand countdown and 2x2min of invisible wall that included passing a 5kg or sth wheel to each other. Then we did 10x2 pull ups and 10x2 leg-raise-to-head thingy, i slacked through this part coz i cannot do pullups very well. Then came the frog jump which we jumped across then back through a estimated 10m mat area.

After we finished the conditionings, me, mingay, bao, yiming, yuze and another cat high guy i forgot the name started doing the foward somersaults. Mingay is becoming damn king after hardcore trainning and enthuism and i improved a bit on my landing as well and was able to land on my feet squated most of the time or i over flip, bao also was able to land on his feet a few times. Yiming was not hesitant any more and he was able to start flipping. Oh ya i forgot about changzhong, he was damn king at jumping but he always jump halfway then start flipping thts why fail and he just couldnt overcome the problem. The cat high guy was quite ok and can sit on his ass some times. Guo finally overcame a bit of his fear problem and was able to do very low height foward somersault or a forward roll with a jump, ya something like that.

Then at the end, after bao yelled at us a lot of times to go eat, we stopped doing somersaults and went for dinner. On the way we sang random songs like pokemon and something i dont remember damn loudly and attracted a lot of attention but WE DONT CARE MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! After eating kfc we all zaoed home and bao commented that ipod classic is better than zen... wtf.

Ya thats about all we did on mondays since tues and today was quite boring cept for the triple lectures where me and jingheng sat at each of our classes randomly through the three lectures and toked about soccer.
